Bergensons Property Services Inc. has reported that it has been awarded a multi year contract to provide a broad range of facility maintenance services for all Fed Ex Office (Formerly Kinko’s) locations in North America. Bergensons Executive Vice President Scott Marincek stated, “The Fed Ex contract is a key win for our Company and we are very pleased to have earned the confidence of Fed Ex. July 2009 Belk’s department stores of Charlotte North Carolina recently announced in July that it has awarded Bergensons Property Services inc. a multi year contract to manage contract cleaning operations in its core markets. Dollar Tree stores recently announced that it signed a multi-region multi-year contract with Bergensons Property Services Inc. of Oceanside California, to provide contract cleaning, facility maintenance and various related services. “Dollar Tree is an outstanding company and we are very happy to be part of their facility services solution. Penn Traffic grocery stores recently announced that Bergensons Property Services Inc. of Oceanside California was awarded a major contract for facility cleaning and related services throughout multiple regions. Bergensons Senior Area Manager Steve Wolocki stated that “We are very exited about the on boarding of the Penn Traffic account and we look forward to building a strong service foundation with the Penn Traffic team.”
Wegman’s stores, operators of high end super grocery formats has recently expanded its contract with Bergensons Property Services Inc. to provide contract cleaning, management and related services to additional locations throughout its chain. Supervalu stores recently announced that it has awarded Bergensons Property Services Inc. a major carpet cleaning and restoration program for its stores in the Northeastern United States. Most of these stores have large carpeted entry vestibules which require more than regular daily cleaning. Oceanside, Calif. -- Bergensons Property Services announced that was recently awarded a major landscape renovation project for the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Medical Center. Bergensons Chief Operating Officer Paul Jones said that the project is especially important in that it addresses potential fire hazards and creates a defensible perimeter for the UCSD Medical Center. Bergensons has provided comprehensive landscape services for the University of California since 1992.
